Tasty experiences in a historic farm environment

Between the unique table mountains in the Falbygden area lies Gärdstorp – a farm with an impressive past. Maps dated as far back as the 17th century show that the farm was already active at that time. And the many ancient remains found on the farm’s land bear witness of the area’s historic importance.

As the name suggests, Enoteca Gärdstorp is a place for wine tastings. In an idyllic, living farm environment with a long history we have created a place where people can enjoy unique taste experiences. We offer an opportunity for both large and small groups to enjoy good food from local producers, as well as from Italy. Enoteca Gärdstorp serves dishes inspired by the Italian kitchen and will obviously be happy to advise visitors on their choice of wines. Through close co-operation with selected Italian vineyards, Enoteca Gärdstorp is able to offer tastings of unique and fine wines, and groups or conferences can tailor-make their own package. We welcome parties of ten to thirty people for wine tastings, and hold interesting themed evenings, where you and your party can learn more about wine growing etc.
